If you can’t find this Jetstream, then all you do is take a spring from any ballpoint pen (the wider ones, like the Jetstream springs, are perfect), put it into the Lamy barrel first, and then add the Jetstream refill – the spring takes the place of the extender, and will compress to provide a perfect fit for the pen.
